These Terms of Service govern use of the KPS public website, operated by KPS Total Property Care, LLC (KPS, we, us, or our). They explain the purpose of the website and the responsibilities that apply when using it. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling.
Information, estimates, and service agreements
Website descriptions, photographs, examples, offers, and other information help you learn about KPS. They do not create a binding estimate, proposal, contract, warranty, or guarantee of pricing, scheduling, availability, or results. Sending an inquiry does not book an appointment. Service scope, pricing, scheduling, and applicable terms are confirmed separately in writing. Any signed service agreement or other applicable written agreement governs the work it covers.
Service area and availability
KPS describes an approximate service radius around Binghamton, New York. A map, community listing, or service description does not confirm availability at a particular address. KPS reviews the requested work, location, access, and scheduling before confirming service. Please identify relevant owner or property-manager approval requirements when requesting work at a property you do not own.
Using forms and communicating with KPS
Provide information you are authorized to share and take reasonable care that it is accurate. Do not enter payment-card numbers, banking credentials, passwords, or sensitive personal records in general inquiry or feedback fields. Contact KPS if a request needs correction. Website forms are not an emergency dispatch service.
Payments and the Client Portal
Payment and Client Portal links lead to separately operated online experiences. Their applicable notices and transaction or account terms also apply. This public website does not alter an existing invoice, payment obligation, or service agreement. Contact KPS about billing or account questions.
Referrals, offers, and opportunities
Promotions and referral credits are subject to their applicable offer terms and eligibility review. Entering a referrer name or ambassador code does not, by itself, establish entitlement to a credit or payment. An application or expression of interest in working with KPS is not an offer of employment, a contractor engagement, or a promise of available work. The appropriate relationship and terms are confirmed separately.
KPS Cares and the Paul Kocak Memorial Fund
Program information describes the purpose and development of these initiatives. Donation and assistance-request options marked Coming soon are not yet available through this website. Descriptions do not guarantee assistance, establish eligibility, or represent that a donation is tax-deductible. Any future application or donation process will include its applicable information and terms.
Reviews and other contributions
Share only feedback about your own experience and material you have permission to provide. Do not include another person’s private information. Permission to publish a site-submitted review is requested separately from permission to contact you. Reviews reflect individual experiences; they do not guarantee the same outcome for every project. Material may be reviewed for authenticity, privacy, relevance, and abusive or unlawful content.

KPS content, branding, logos, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to KPS Total Property Care, LLC; other names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the website to learn about KPS and communicate with us.
