KPS Total Property Care, LLC (KPS, we, us, or our) operates the KPS public website. This policy describes information associated with website inquiries, account questions, recruiting, feedback, and email updates. Separately hosted payment and portal services may provide additional privacy notices.
Website forms
Website forms send the information you choose to provide to KPS through Wix. The sections below describe how that information is handled. Following an external link or calling KPS uses that separate service and its applicable practices.
Information you choose to provide
A service request may include your name, email or phone number, property location or address, project details, customer type, how you heard about KPS, referrer name, and an optional ambassador code. Account questions may include invoice or account references and your message. Vendor applications include contact details, business name and entity type, years in business, service category and area, crew size, insurance status, and availability for new work. Newsletter signup uses your email address and marketing choice. Feedback may include a rating, review, display name, and your publication preference.
How information is used
The uses are to respond to requests, discuss and coordinate property services, communicate about accounts, evaluate work applications, manage referral attribution, review feedback, and send requested updates. Optional ambassador codes and campaign information help identify how an inquiry reached KPS. A submitted code does not automatically qualify someone for a reward. Newsletter consent is separate from requesting service or submitting feedback.
Technical information and cookies
Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, access times, and requested pages when a live website is used. This website carries campaign parameters in internal links to the request form; it does not store them in cookies or browser storage or send analytics events. Wix hosting and form services may use technologies needed for authentication, security, and form submission. KPS has not added advertising trackers or a separate analytics service to this website.
Access and sharing
KPS limits access to people and service providers who need information for the purposes described here, such as authorized KPS personnel and providers supporting hosting, inquiries, communications, storage, or payment services. Information may also need to be disclosed when required by law or to address fraud, security, or legal claims. Wix provides hosting and website form services.
Payments, links, and public reviews
Use the designated payment center to provide payment information. Do not put card numbers or account credentials into general website forms. External platforms, including a Google review page or a Client Portal, operate under their own applicable notices. If you choose to allow publication of a review submitted to KPS, the review and chosen public display name may appear on the website. Your contact email and phone number are not part of the public review display.
Email updates and your choices
Joining the mailing list is optional and requires a separate affirmative choice. Marketing emails will provide a way to unsubscribe. You can also contact KPS to withdraw your marketing preference. Necessary communications about an inquiry, service, or account are separate from optional marketing messages.
Retention and protection
KPS retains information for the relevant request, service, recruiting, feedback, or communication purpose and applicable legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution needs, then delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Privacy requests
Use our privacy inquiry form or call 800-393-4921 to ask about personal information, request a correction or deletion, or change a communication or review-publication preference. KPS may need to verify identity or authority before acting and may need to retain information for applicable legal obligations. Rights and available responses depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
Children and information about others
The public website is intended for people seeking property services, company information, or work opportunities. Do not submit a child’s personal information or sensitive information about another person in general forms. Contact KPS if you believe such information has been provided so the situation can be reviewed.
Updates to this policy
This policy shows its effective or revised date above. If the website’s information practices change, the policy and any required notices or choices must be updated to reflect those practices.
